At 2:58 pm on Friday, 3rd January 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to assist a patient in cardiac arrest in Rotherham. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 1:04 pm on Friday, 3rd January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to assist a person who had sustained a foot injury after a circular saw incident in Summerbridge. Our crew provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 11:16 am on Friday, 3rd January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a medical emergency in Wakefield. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 3:40 pm on Friday, 2nd January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to assist a person who had got into difficulty in the sea in Withernsea. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 3:32 PM on Friday, 2nd January 2026, our Topcliffe-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a person who had broken their leg following a motocross accident in Hutton-Le-Hole. The crew provided support at the scene.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who had fallen from height in Giggleswick at 11:16 am on Friday, 2nd January 2026. Our crew provided support at the scene before flying the patient to hospital.

At 9.11 am on Friday, 2nd January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a medical emergency in Barlow, Derbyshire. Sadly, the patient passed away at the scene.

At 11:52 am on Thursday, 1st January 2026, our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who had injured their chest and shoulder after falling from a horse in Flasby. The crew provided support at the scene before flying the patient to hospital.

At 7:56 am on Thursday, 1st January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Oulton. Our crew provided support at the scene,

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to road traffic collision involving a tractor and two pedestrians in Helmsley at 12:45 pm on Wednesday, 31st December 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene before flying one of the patients to hospital in the aircraft.

At 12:06 pm on Tuesday, 30th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to Rotherham, to assist a person who had injured themselves with a chainsaw. They provided support at the scene before accompanying the person to hospital via land ambulance.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to road traffic collision involving a van and a pedestrian in Huddersfield at 12:12 pm on Monday, 29th December 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.
