At 15:14 PM on Sunday, 19th October 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to Castleford to a person in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit were dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to Bridlington, at 12:29 PM on Tuesday, 14th October 2025, where a person was in cardiac arrest after having choked on some food. Our crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched at 12:08 pm on Monday, 13th October 2025 to a road traffic collision in Cleckheaton. The crew provided support and assisted two patients at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched at 9:50 AM on Friday 3rd October 2025, to assist a patient who had been seriously injured following a machinery accident in Doncaster. Whilst on the scene, the crew requested the assistance of our Topcliffe crew and aircraft G-YORX to bring more blood. The crews provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YORX to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Bedale at 10:48 AM on Thursday, 2nd October 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene before transporting the patient to hospital in the aircraft.

Our crew based at our NostellAir Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to assist a person who had been stabbed in Bradford at 14:31 PM on Tuesday, 30th September 2025. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 17:06 PM on Monday, 6th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to assist a person who had collided with a tree, resulting in the person suffering a medical cardiac arrest in Dringhouses. They provided assistance and treatment at the scene, before transporting the patient to hospital in the aircraft.

Our crew based at Topcliffe and aircraft G-YORX were called at 11:19 AM on Sunday, 31st August 2025, to a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle, in Horton in Ribblesdale, North Yorkshire. They provided support at the scene before taking one person to hospital in the aircraft.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to Burnt Yates, near Harrogate at 11:55 AM on Wednesday, 27th August 2025, to reports of a person who had collapsed while cycling. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 08:48 AM on Friday, 15th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Barton-Upon-Humber, to a medical emergency. The crew provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 10:44 AM on Monday, 11th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a road traffic collision involving a golf buggy in Sheffield. Our crew provided support at the scene.

At 12:13 PM on Saturday, 9th August 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a road traffic collision in Gilling East, North Yorkshire. They provided treatment at the scene before flying the person to hospital.
