Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorbike in Langtoft at 3:13 PM on Thursday, 11th December 2025. They provided support at the scene before flying one person to hospital for further treatment.

At 2:57 pm on Thursday, 11th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Howden. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene,

At 1:23 am on Thursday, 11th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a person who was unconscious in Barnsley. The crew provided support at the scene.

At 9:09 am on Thursday, 11th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Halifax. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to a medical emergency in Winksley at 08:34 am on Thursday, 11th December 2025. The crew provided support at the scene.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to road traffic collision involving a pedestrian in Skipton at 4:24 am on Saturday, 6th December 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Helmsley, at 12:18 pm on Saturday, 6th December 2025, to a person who had collapsed. The crew provided support at the scene.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who was having chest pains in Darley at 09:49 am on Saturday, 6th December 2025. The crew provided support at the scene.

At 11:03 am on Friday, 5th December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew, and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a person who had fallen from a tree in Giggleswick. They provided support at the scene.

At 9:32 am on Wednesday, 10th December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Ainthorpe in North Yorkshire, where a person had been kicked by a cow. They provided support and treatment at the scene, before the injured person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 8:54 pm on Tuesday, 9th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Selby. Sadly the person passed away at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a road traffic collision in Studley Roger at 4:57 pm on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025. Our crew provided support to 3 patients at the scene. Those requiring further treatment were taken to hospital by road ambulance.
