Returns & Exchange Terms & Conditions
In order to keep our costs to a minimum, all of our branded clothing (with the exception of the Fundraising Packs) are individually printed as per each order we receive. This precludes the Charity from investing in large stock outlay.
Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to exchange or refund any items, unless they are faulty.
If you receive an item and you feel that it is faulty, please contact Charity HQ or email info@yaa.org.uk and we will arrange a replacement garment.
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights
From the 31 March 2011, we will no longer be able to accept Solo cards as a form of payment.
