Yellow Yorkshire Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance Yellow Yorkshire Giveaway opens on Monday, 6 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, 12 July 2026.
Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will not be included in the draw, and only the first valid entry will be accepted.
Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the prize draw. However, your details will still be added to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance email communications database.
By entering the giveaway, you agree that, if selected as the winner, your name and town/city may be published on the Yorkshire Air Ambulance website, social media channels and in email communications.
By entering, you also consent to receiving email communications from Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA), including news, fundraising updates and information about our work. You can update your communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
The draw will take place on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided when entering.
If the winner does not respond within three working days of being notified, Yorkshire Air Ambulance reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. No substitutions can be made for any part of the prize.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance will arrange delivery of the prize or provide details of how it can be redeemed, as appropriate.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The decision of Yorkshire Air Ambulance in relation to all aspects of the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
