Postage and packing
All items purchased through our online shop (with exception of the branded clothing range) are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class post and packaged accordingly. Postage is charged according to the weight value of the parcel and we will always endeavour to keep our postage charges as low as possible.
Branded clothing is shipped directly from our supplier (with the exception of the value t-shirts, running vests & training tops which will be shipped directly from Charity HQ)
Our web shop is currently only compatible to receive orders for UK postcodes, however we can also make alternative arrangements to ship outside of the UK. For all orders outside of the UK, please contact Liv Johnson directly on email@example.com and we will arrange alternative shipping to your destination.
All prices are charged in Pounds Sterling.
Returns and Exchanges
In order to keep our costs to a minimum, all of our branded clothing (with the exception of the value t-shirts, running vests and training tops) are individually printed as per each order we receive. This precludes the Charity from investing in large stock outlay.
Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to exchange or refund any items, unless they are faulty.
If you receive an item and you feel that it is faulty, please contact Charity HQ or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement garment.
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights
