After having to cancel twice due to Covid restrictions, Ruth Dent organised a scaled-down Treasure Hunt as an assignment for part of her University Hospitality Degree course.  Ruth was hoping to publicise and advertise the event far and wide but to keep within Government guidelines, she decided to invite less than 10 people to avoid the risk of being fined for organising a big gathering.

Thanks to Ruth’s dedication and perseverance, her generous family and friends helped her raise over £100 on a very sunny April day in Wensleydale.   She is hoping that in non-Covid times, she can organise another event on a larger scale with a lot more people and maybe more donations.

Thank you Ruth from all at Yorkshire Air Ambulance for helping to keep the two yellow helicopters flying across Yorkshire saving lives.  Good luck with your degree!
