Fifteen-year-old waiters Joe and Harry took over the kitchen at The Greyhound Inn in Hackforth near Bedale in North Yorkshire and wowed the diners with their set 3-course meal.  Everyone was very impressed with their cooking skills and they helped to raise over £250 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.  The fundraisers of the future!

The Greyhound Inn also organised a Harvest Auction in the pub which raised £1355.60 selling local produce.  Yorkshire Air Ambulance are so grateful to Steve and the small Hackforth community for their continued and very valuable fundraising that over the years that is now a phenomenal £5811.57.

Tessa Klemz, North Yorkshire Community Fundraiser said “A huge thank you to Steve, Joe and Harry for their brilliant and inspirational fundraising.  Not only are they raising amazing funds but they are also raising awareness of the life-saving charity in our rural area.”
