A huge thank you to CNG Ltd in Harrogate for raising £764 for the YAA after choosing us as one of their 25 charities to support for their 25th anniversary. The money was raised through a variety of events from pub quizzes, bakes sales and gin tasting, to pool tournaments and even Scalextric competitions!
Lin Stead, North Yorkshire Regional Fundraiser for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, said: “We would like to wish CNG Ltd a happy 25th anniversary and thank them for their incredibly generous donation, especially at this difficult time when many of our summer fundraising events have been cancelled.
It costs £12,000 a day to keep both of our helicopters maintained and in the air and saving lives across Yorkshire and we are extremely grateful for all the support we receive.”
