At 09:11 am on Wednesday, 1st October 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person who had been involved in a road traffic collision near Hull. They provided support at the scene.

At 20:45 PM on Tuesday, 30th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a person who had been stabbed in Castleford, West Yorkshire. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the person to hospital by road ambulance. The crew were collected by our pilot and TCM before being dispatched to a further tasking.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit were dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to Otley, at 19:16 PM on Tuesday, 30th September 2025, where a person was in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched at 15:26 pm on Monday, 29th September 2025 to a road traffic collision in Selby, where 2 patients were trapped. The crew provided support at the scene.

Our crew based at our Nostell: Southern Air Support Unit were despatched in aircraft G-YORX to Bridlington, at 7:31 pm on Sunday, 28th September 2025, where a person was in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 5:50 pm on Sunday, 28th September 2025, our Nostell: Southern Air Support Unit-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were tasked to a motocross accident in Conisbrough, near Doncaster. The provided support at the scene, before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

Our Topcliffe: Northern Air Support Unit-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a person having a seizure near Hutton-le-Hole, North Yorkshire, at 4:12 pm on Sunday, 28th September 2025. One of our doctors also arrived with the Mountain Rescue Team to support. The person was flown to hospital.

Our crew based at our Nostell: Southern Air Support Unit were depatched in aircraft G-YORK at 1:45 pm on Sunday, 28th September 2025, to a person in cardiac arrest in Walton near Chesterfield. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 12:48 pm on Sunday, 28th September 2025, our Nostell: Southern Air Support Unit-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to Knaresborough to a person who had collapsed. They provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

Our crew from our Nostell: Southern Air Support Unit were tasked, whilst already in flight in aircraft G-YORX at 11:49 am on Sunday, 28th September, to North Grimston, in North Yorkshire, to reports of a road traffic collision involving a motorcyclist. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our crew from our Nostell: Southern Air Support Unit were dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to Hathersage on Saturday, 27th September 2025 at 18:27 pm, following a request for assistance from East Midlands Ambulance Service, to help a person who had fallen whilst climbing. The crew provided support at the scene before transporting the patient to hospital in the aircraft.

Our Topcliffe: Northern Air Support Unit-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched at 17:41 pm on Saturday, 27th September 2025 to a road traffic collision in Manfield, North Yorkshire. The crew provided support at the scene.
