At 6:20 pm on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to reports of a person in cardiac arrest in South Elmsall. On arrival at the scene, the call was found to be a hoax.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Richmond, at 11:16 am on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, to a person in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 8:33 am on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Eastfield, where a person had become trapped. The provided support at the scence, before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to Sheffield at 5:23 pm on Monday, 24th November 2025, to reports of a person who had been shot. They provided support and treatment at the scene, before the person was taken to hospital by the road ambulance crew.

At 9:29 am on Monday, 24th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Sherburn in Elmet. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 9:07 am on Monday, 24th November 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew, and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to a person who had fallen in Nidderdale.

They treated the person on scene before flying them to hospital.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched on Sunday, 23rd November 2025, at 16:04 PM in aircraft G-YORX to assist a person suffering a seizure in Doncaster. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 10:44 AM on Sunday, 23rd November, 2025, our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YORX to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Grimethorpe near Barnsley. Our crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 09:14 AM on Sunday 23rd November, 2025, our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in York. Our crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 10:20 AM on Saturday, 21st November, 2025, our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Riccall. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian in Meltham at 14:00 PM on Friday, 21st November 2025. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 09:40 AM on Friday, 21st November, 2025, our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Selby. Our crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.
