At 12:14 PM on Wednesday, 19th November, 2025, our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Halifax. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to assist a person who had been stabbed in New Earswick, at 17:28 PM on Tuesday, 18th November 2025. The crew provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 14:22 PM on Tuesday, 18th November, 2025, our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Malton, North Yorkshire. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to a medical emergency in Malton at 13:06 PM on Tuesday 18th November 2025. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 11:23 AM on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who had been kicked in the face by a horse in Southburn. The crew provided support at the scene.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to assist a person who had fallen in East Hardwick at 10:13 AM on Tuesday, 18th November 2025. The crew provided support at the scene.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorbike in Halifax at 14:56 PM on Monday, 17th November 2025. They provided support at the scene before flying one person to hospital for further treatment.

At 12:54pm on Tuesday 17 November 2025, our crew at the Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to assist a person trapped by a concrete machine in Auckley. They requested support from our Topcliffe-based crew, who brought blood to the scene. Our teams provided critical care before airlifting the patient to hospital.
