Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Swinefleet in Goole at 5:23 pm on Saturday, 16th August 2025, to a person in cardiac arrest. They provided treatment at the scene before our medical crew travelled with the person to hospital in a land ambulance.

At 3:11 pm on Saturday, 16th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a person who had fallen at a waterfall in Beck Hole, North Yorkshire. They provided support at the scene before the injured person was taken to hospital by the road ambulance crew.

Our Topcliffe-Based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called at 2:36 pm on Saturday, 16th August 2025, to a person who had fallen whilst abseiling from a bridge near Pateley Bridge. Our crew worked with HART (Hazardous Area Response Team), MRT (Mountain Rescue Team), and the fire service to access the person and extricate them, before flying them to hospital.

At 5:29 pm on Friday, 15th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Tattershall in Lincolnshire alongside a crew from The Air Ambulance Service to a road traffic collision involving two people having been hit by a vehicle. Our crew flew one person to hospital and The Air Ambulance Service flew the second person to hospital.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Hardraw in the Yorkshire Dales National Park at 2:40 pm on Friday, 15th August 2025, to a paragliding accident. They provided support at the scene before the injured person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 2:03 pm on Friday, 15th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to a road traffic collision in Eggborough in North Yorkshire. They provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called at 17:02 am on Thursday, 14th August 2025, to a medical emergency in Northallerton. The crew provided support on scene before travelling with the patient to hospital in a land ambulance.

At 13:00 PM on Thursday, 14th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Buckden. They provided assistance and treatment at the scene.

At 22:48 PM on Wednesday, 13th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a road traffic collision, with multiple patients in Marton Cum Grafton. They provided assistance and treatment at the scene, before flying one patient to hospital.

Our crew based at Topcliffe and aircraft G-YORX were called at 10:09 AM on Wednesday, 13th August 2025, to a road traffic collision which had left a person trapped, in Colton, near Leeds. They provided support at the scene for 2 patients before taking one person to hospital in the aircraft.

At 09:15 AM on Wednesday, 13th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAIR were called to assist a person who was injured in Sheffield. They provided support at the scene.

At 19:12 PM on Tuesday, 12th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Low Snaygill, near Skipton. They provided assistance and treatment at the scene, before flying the patient to hospital.
