At 1 pm on Saturday, 29th November, 2025, our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YORX to a person who was unable to breathe in Hatfield. Our crew provided support at the scene.

At 10:17 pm on Friday, 28th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person who had been involved in a road traffic collision and consequently was in cardiac arrest. They provided support at the scene before flying the person to hospital.

At 6:06 pm on Friday, 28th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to assist a patient who had been crushed by a tractor. They provided support at the scene.

At 3:29 pm on Friday, 28th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a road traffic collision involving a cyclist, where the cyclist had gone into cardiac arrest. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YORX to assist a person who had fallen from height in Sutton-in-Craven at 11:14 am on Friday, 28th November 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched at 11:23 pm on Thursday, 27th November 2025 to a road traffic collision in Wentbridge. The crew provided support at the scene.

At 7:48 pm on Thursday, 27th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a road traffic collision involving a cyclist. They provided support at the scene before accompanying the person to hospital via land ambulance.

At 10:04 am on Thursday, 27th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew, and operational aircraft G-YORX were called to a person who had fallen from height in Sowerby Bridge. They treated the person on scene before flying them to hospital.

At 12:57 PM on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who had fallen from a horse in East Keswick. The crew provided support at the scene before flying the patient to hospital.
