At 11:29 on Monday 29th July 2024, the aircraft and crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit were called to assist a road ambulance crew who were attending a patient who had suffered a cardiac arrest. Sadly the patient passed away.

Our RAF Topcliffe-based aircraft and crew were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle at 4:16 pm on Monday 29th July 2024. The collision had happened close to Whitby on the Fylingdales Moor. Our crew provided support at the scene before the road ambulance team transported the patient to hospital.
Darlington
At 2:33 pm on Monday 29th July 2024 Great North Air Ambulance requesting our assistance at a call out to a patient who had been involved in a stabbing. Our aircraft and crew based at RAF Topcliffe attended and provided on-scene support, before handing the patient over to the Great North Air Ambulance clinical team.
Wakefield
At 2:13 pm on Monday 29th July 2024, our Nostell-based aircraft and crew were called to a patient who had suffered a cardiac arrest. Sadly the patient passed away.
Skipton
Our helicopter and crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit near Wakefield were called out at 8:49 am on Monday 29th July 2024 to a road traffic collision near Skipton. There were multiple patients. Our crew provided support at the scene before airlifting one patient to hospital.
Selby
At 09:55 our aircraft and crew from Nostell were called to a light aircraft which had crashed. Sadly two occupants passed away.
Rotherham
At 16:45 our aircraft and crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit were called to a road traffic collision. Our crew provided support on scene before the patient was transported to hospital via road ambulance.
Richmondshire
At 12:53 our aircraft and crew based at RAF Topcliffe were called to a road traffic accident involving a motorcyclist. Our crew provided treatment at the scene before transporting the patient to hospital by air.
Doncaster
Our Nostell-based aircraft and crew were called, at 22:29, to a stabbing. Our crew provided treatment on scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via road ambulance.
Wakefield
At 19:43 our aircraft and crew based at Nostell were called to a person who had fallen from a horse. They offered support at the scene before the patient was taken to hospital via land ambulance.
Barnsley
Our aircraft and crew from Nostell were called at 15:48 to a person who had suffered a cardiac arrest. Our crew provided treatment on scene and accompanied the patient to hospital via land ambulance.
Castleford
At 14:01 the aircraft and crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit were called to reports of a patient who had been stabbed and was not breathing. After attending with multiple other emergency services, the call was found to be a hoax. Our aircraft and crew were retasked to another call.
