At 11:03 am on Friday, 5th December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew, and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a person who had fallen from a tree in Giggleswick. They provided support at the scene.

At 9:32 am on Wednesday, 10th December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to Ainthorpe in North Yorkshire, where a person had been kicked by a cow. They provided support and treatment at the scene, before the injured person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 8:54 pm on Tuesday, 9th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Selby. Sadly the person passed away at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a road traffic collision in Studley Roger at 4:57 pm on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025. Our crew provided support to 3 patients at the scene. Those requiring further treatment were taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 9:01 am on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Elland. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a road traffic collision where a person was trapped in their vehicle in Melbourne, at 05:23 pm on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAIR to assist a person who had fallen from scaffolding in Harrogate at 3:15 pm on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene before flying the patient to hospital.

At 12:27 pm on Monday, 1st December 2025, both our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA and our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a road traffic collision involving a minibus in Toulston. Our crews provided support at the scene, however, sadly, one person passed away.

At 8:35 am on Monday, 1st December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew, and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a person who had fallen from a fence and dislocated their ankle in Easingwold. They treated the person on scene before flying them to hospital.

At 7:48 pm on Sunday, 30th November 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person in cardiac arrest in Market Weighton. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Broughton at 10:48 am on Sunday, 30th November 2025. The crew provided support at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a road traffic collision on the motorway in Sheffield at 02:08 pm on Saturday, 29th November 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene.
