Huddersfield

The YAA crew and aircraft based at Nostell, were despatched on Sunday 22nd September 2024 at 11:44 AM to a person with burn injuries in Huddersfield. On arrival, they provided on-scene support before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

Bedale

At 11:40 AM on Sunday 22nd September 2024, our HEMS team responded from our Topcliffe airbase to a person with an open fracture to their lower leg. After treating at the scene, the crew flew the person to hospital for further treatment.

Armthorpe

At 9:50 AM on Sunday 22nd September 2024 our Nostell-based team flew to Armthorpe near Doncaster, to a person who had suffered a dog bite. The YAA HEMS crew provided on-scene support before the person was taken to hospital by land ambulance for further treatment.

Howgrave

Our Topcliffe HEMS crew and aircraft were despatched at 9:32 AM on Sunday 22nd September 2024, to Howgrave in North Yorkshire, to a person suffering chest pains. The YAA crew assessed and treated the patient on-scene before flying them to hospital.

Hellifield

At 12:34 PM on Saturday 21st September 2024, our Nostell-based crew responded by aircraft to a road traffic collision in Hellifield, North Yorkshire. One person was flown to hospital.

Doncaster

Our Nostell aircraft and crew responded to a RTC involving a child and a car at 14:44 on Friday 20th September 2024. After treating on-scene, our team travelled with the child in road ambulance, to hospital.

Wetherby

At 12:35 PM on Friday 20th September 2024, our Nostell-based aircraft and HEMS crew were despatched to Wetherby, to reports of a person not responding at the bottom of the ladder. Whilst en route it was established that the person was in fact a dummy. The YAA team returned to base.

Gilling West

At 12:05 PM on Friday 20th September 2024 our Nostell-based aircraft and crew were despatched to a road traffic accident near Gilling West in North Yorkshire. They flew one person to hospital.

Dalby

Our aircraft and crew based at RAF Topcliffe, near Thirsk, were despatched at 14:23 on Thursday 19th September 2024, to a person who had fallen from their bicycle in Dalby Forest. The YAA crew provided on-scene support before the person was transported to hospital by road ambulance for further treatment.

Skipton

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft were despatched to Skipton at 12:07 PM on Thursday 19th September 2024 to a person injured during an assault. On arrival, they assessed the person, but their intervention was not required. The person was taken to hospital via road ambulance, and our team returned to base.

Sheffield

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft were despatched at 17:42 on Wednesday 18th September 2024 to a motorcyclist who had fallen, in a forest near Sheffield. After assessing and treating the person on-scene, the YAA crew travelled with them to hospital in the road ambulance.

Aislaby

Our Topcliffe-based aircraft and crew were called at 16:05 on Wednesday 18th September 2024 to Aislaby near Whitby, where a person had been in an accident involving a garden tractor. They provided on-scene support before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.
