At 08:49 am on Tuesday, 16th December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew, and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a person who had fallen down some stairs in Norton. They provided support at the scene, before flying the patient to hospital.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YORX to a road traffic collision in Sheffield at 8:41 pm on Monday, 15th December 2025. Our crew provided support at the scene.

At 2:05 pm on Monday, 15th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person in cardiac arrest in South Anston. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene,

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to a medical emergency in Brompton-on-Swale at 5:46 pm on Sunday, 14th December 2025. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 1:11 pm on Sunday, 14th December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a patient who had fallen off their bike in Litton, North Yorkshire. They provided support at the scene, before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who was injured following an equestrian accident in Malton at 12:25 PM on Sunday,14th December 2025. Our crew provided support on scene.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a road traffic collision in Hackness at 6:22 PM on Saturday, 13th December 2025. They provided support at the scene.

At 5:00 pm on Saturday, 13th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person who had collapsed in York. Our crew provided support at the scene before flying the person to hospital.

Our crew based at our Nostell Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YORX to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Dewsbury at 3.15 pm on Saturday, 13th December 2025. The crew provided support at the scene, before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance

At 2:33 PM on Saturday, 13th December, 2025, our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who was in cardiac arrest in Micklefield. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 1:39 pm on Saturday, 13th December 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a medical emergency in Dewsbury. The crew provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 11:55 am on Saturday, 13th December 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a patient who had fallen off their bike in Low Dalby, near Pickering. They provided support at the scene.
