At 8:10 am on Thurusday, 28th August 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX who were on route to our Nostell airbase, were despatched to a person who had fallen down some stairs. They picked up our doctor from our Nostell airbase and attended the scene, where they treated the person before travelling with them to hospital in a road ambulance. Our pilot and TCM picked up our medical crew from the hospital and flew to our Nostell airbase to refuel, before returning to Topcliffe.

At 19:35 PM on Thursday, 27th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched to Pontefract to a person in cardiac arrest. Our crew provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 17:03 PM on Tuesday, 26th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched to Pontefract where a person was reported to have fallen from a window. They provided support at the scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched at 14:38 am on Tuesday, 26th August 2025, to an injured motorcyclist in Askern, near Doncaster. They provided support at the scene and flew the person to hospital for further treatment.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched at 13:08 PM on Tuesday, 26th August 2025, to a person who had fallen and injured their ankle in Ingleton. They provided support at the scene.

At 07:41 am on Tuesday, 26th August 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to a person who had been crushed in Hutton-le-Hole. They provided support at the scene before flying the person to hospital.

At 6:02 pm on Monday, 25th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were despatched to Elland where a person was reported to have fallen from height. They provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 4:04 pm on Monday, 25th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to reports of a patient in cardiac arrest in Tingley, West Yorkshire. The person who was found not to be in cardiac arrest, but in a state of severe unconsciousness. They provided support at the scene, before the person was taken to hopsital by road ambulance.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were despatched at 2:03 pm on Monday, 25th August 2025, to a person who had fallen up some steps at Malham and suffered a head injury. Due to the location, the Mountain Rescue Team also attended. Our crew transported the person to hospital.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were despatched at 12:46 pm on Monday, 25th August 2025, to a road traffic collision in Selside in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. They treated one person at the scene, with the support of our Topcliffe-based crew and aircrat G-YORX who landed at the scene. Our Nostell crew flew the person to hospital in G-YAAA.

At 12:10 pm on Monday, 25th August 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were despatched to a person reported to be in cardiac arrest in Ripon. They provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by the road ambulance crew.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircarft G-YAAA were depatched at 10:45 am on Monday, 25th August 2025, to a road traffic collision in Threshfield, Grassington. They flew one person to hospital for further treatment.
