At 12:57 pm on Tuesday, 6th January 2026, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were requested by a road ambulance crew to transport a patient who was suffering a heart attack in Coniston Cold, North Yorkshire. After transporting the person to hospital for treatment, they returned to base.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called at 10:23 am on Tuesday, 6th January 2026, to a person who had suffered a fractured and dislocated ankle near Kirkby-in-Cleveland, at the foot of the North York Moors National Park in North Yorkshire. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the person to hospital in the road ambulance. Our aviation team then picked the crew up from the hospital before returning to base.

At 3:27 pm on Monday, 5th January 2026, our Nostell-based crew were called to reports of a person who had collapsed near Barnsley, South Yorkshire. They travelled to the scene in operational aircraft G-YAIR. On arrival, they provided support at the scene before our medical crew accompanied the person to hospital in the road ambulance, enabling them to continue treatment and monitoring en route.

At 12:32 pm on Monday, 5th January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a person who had collapsed in Beverley, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. After providing support at scene our medical crew travelled with the person to hopspital in a road ambulance.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called at 10:37 am on Monday, 5th January 2026, to reports of a person having been trampled by a cow near Penistone in South Yorkshire. They provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 10:04 am on Monday, 5th January 2026, our Topcliffe-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to reports of a person who had collapsed in Ripon, North Yorkshire. They provided support on scene before the person was taken to hospital by the road ambulance crew.

At 3:26 pm on Sunday, 4th January 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a medical emergency in Finningley. Sadly, the person passed away at the scene.

At 1:49 pm on Sunday, 4th January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to assist a person in Sheffield. Our crew provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 10:08 am on Sunday, 4th January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were tasked to a motocross accident in Hatfield, near Doncaster. The provided support at the scene, before flying the patient to hospital in the aircraft.

Our crew based at our Topcliffe Air Support Unit was dispatched in aircraft G-YAAA to assist a person who had fallen in Askrigg at 9:07 am on Sunday, 4th January 2026. Our crew provided support at the scene before flying the patient to hospital.

At 2:58 pm on Saturday, 3rd January 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to assist a patient in cardiac arrest in Rotherham. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 1:04 pm on Saturday, 3rd January 2026, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to assist a person who had sustained a foot injury after a circular saw incident in Summerbridge. Our crew provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.
