Our Topcliffe-based crew and operational aircraft G-YORX were dispatched at 15:44 PM on Sunday, 1st June 2025, to a patient who had fallen from height whilst climbing a rock face in Kilnsey. Whilst at the incident, the team requested assistance from our Nostell- based crew. The crew provided treatment before flying the patient to hospital.

At 12:52 PM on Sunday, 1st June 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a patient in cardiac arrest in Barton-Upon-Humber. Sadly, the patient passed away.

Our Nostell-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called at 10:14 AM on Sunday, 1st June 2025, to a patient who had fallen from a mountain bike in Ulley, near Sheffield. Our crew assisted the patient at the scene before flying them to hospital.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and operational aircraft G-YORX were dispatched at 08:27 AM on Sunday 1st June 2025 to a patient who had head injuries following a quad-biking accident in Lofthouse. The crew provided treatment at the scene before flying the patient to hospital.

Our Topcliffe-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAIR were dispatched at 16:44 PM on Saturday 31st May 2025 to a patient who had head injuries after diving into water in Richmond. Whilst at the incident, the team requested assistance from our Nostell- based crew who landed and helped provide treatment before flying the patient to hospital.

At 16:44 PM on Saturday, 31st May 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to an angle-grinder incident in Moss. The crew provided support on scene.

At 13:57 PM on Saturday, 31st May 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a road traffic collision in Maltby, near Sheffield. The crew provided support on scene.

Our crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA, based at Nostell Air Support Unit, were called at 20:48 PM on Friday 30th May 2025 to Whitby, to assist a person who had fallen down some steps. They provided support at the scene before travelling to hospital with the patient via road ambulance.

At 13:36 PM on Friday, 30th May 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a patient who had fallen in Dinnington. The crew provided support on scene.

Our Nostell-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called at 12:40 PM on Friday, 30th May 2025, to a person who had a broken leg following a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike. Our crew provided support at the scene before travelling to the hospital with the patient via land ambulance.

Our crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA, based at Nostell Air Support Unit, were called at 11:33 AM on Friday 30th May 2025 to Goole, to a motocross incident. They provided support at the scene before travelling to hospital with the patient via road ambulance.

At 13:24 PM on Wednesday, 28th May 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to a patient in cardiac arrest in Bridlington. Sadly, the patient passed away.
