At 10:42 am on Tuesday, 16th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a person who had fallen, near Skipton. They provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 10:06 am on Tuesday, 16th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were called to a person who had been involved in a road traffic collision near Doncaster. They provided support at the scene before the person was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

At 21:26 PM on Monday, 15th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were dispatched to East Hardwick, to a person in cardiac arrest. The crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital in a land ambulance.

At 14:00 PM on Monday, 15th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were dispatched to a patient suffering an asthma attack in Ripon. Our crew provided support at the scene.

At 13:23 PM on Monday, 15th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to a person who was having a seizure in Great Ayton. The crew provided support at the scene.

At 11:11 AM on Monday, 15th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were dispatched to Leeds, where a person was injured after falling from scaffolding. Our crew provided support at the scene.

At 08:32 AM on Monday, 15th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Ganton. They provided assistance and treatment at the scene, before flying the patient to hospital.

At 15:57 PM on Sunday, 14th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to a person in cardiac arrest in Thornton-le-Dale. Sadly the patient passed away.

At 18:02 PM on Saturday, 13th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to Burley in Wharfedale, near Ilkley, to a person in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the patient passed away.

At 15:34 PM on Saturday, 13th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were dispatched to Stocksbridge, Near Sheffield, to a person in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the patient passed away.

At 13:05 PM on Friday, 5th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAIR were dispatched to Halifax to a maternity medical emergency. They provided support at the scene before travelling with the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 12:06 PM on Saturday, 13th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to a person who had fallen and fractured their ankle in Stokesley. They provided support at the scene.
