At 15:15 PM on Saturday, 6th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Burtersett, Near Hawes. They provided assistance and treatment at the scene, before flying the patient to hospital.

At 11:25 AM on Saturday, 6th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to an injured motorcyclist in Hardraw, near Hawes. They provided support at the scene before flying the patient to hospital.

At 19:10 PM on Friday, 5th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched to Airmyn, near Goole to a person in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the patient passed away.

At 17:11 PM on Friday, 5th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched to Terrington to a person in cardiac arrest. Our crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the person to hospital by road ambulance.

At 10:57 AM on Friday, 5th September 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched to Thorne to assist a person who had been stabbed. Our crew provided support at the scene before accompanying the person to hospital by road ambulance . Our pilot and TCM collected our crew from the hospital before returning to the base.

At 17:32 PM on Wednesday, 6th August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and operational aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a person with a head injury in Full Sutton. They provided support at the scene before accompanying the patient to hospital via land ambulance.

At 10:26 AM on Sunday, 3rd August 2025, our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were called to assist a patient who had suffered burns in Pontefract. They provided support at the scene before travelling to hospital with the patient via land ambulance.

At 15:41 PM on Saturday, 2nd August 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to a person who had sustained a head injury after falling from some rocks Summerbridge, Near Ripon. They provided support at the scene, before flying the person to hospital for further treatment.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched at 10:36 AM on Friday, 1st August 2025, to a road traffic collision in Riccall, Near Selby. They assisted at the scene before flying one person to hospital for further treatment.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched at 18:17 pm on Thursday, 4th September 2025, to a road traffic collision in Keyingham, Near Hull. They provided support at the scene before accompanying one person to hospital for further treatment via land ambulance.

At 16:48 PM on Thursday, 4th September 2025, our Topcliffe-based crew and aircraft G-YORX were dispatched to a person who had fallen down some stairs in Ampleforth, Near Helmsley. They provided support at the scene, before flying the person to hospital for further treatment.

Our Nostell-based crew and aircraft G-YAAA were dispatched at 09:20 AM on Thursday, 4th September 2025, to a road traffic collision in Adwick le Street, Near Doncaster. They assisted four patients at the scene before accompanying one person to hospital for further treatment via land ambulance. Our pilot and TCM picked up our medical crew from the hospital and returned to our Nostell airbase.
