At 12:47 pm on Tuesday 19th March 2024, Our Topcliffe crew were called to a patient who had fallen in Craven and suffered an ankle injury. They provided support before the patient was taken to hospital by road ambulance.

Our Nostell aircraft was dispatched to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a van. Our Critical Care Team assessed the patient, administered an emergency blood transfusion on scene and travelled with them in the road ambulance to the nearest major trauma centre.
