It is with deep sadness that we share the news that John Anthony Tavender passed away on the 19th of July 2025 at Selby War Memorial Hospital aged 73 years old. Loving husband to the late Linda Tavender. Step father to Suzanne Grandfather to Kieran and Luke. Great Grandfather to Jessica. Dylan and Finley. True friend and Mentor to many people. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. We will always remember the love and knowledge that he shared with us. Donations of £340 raised during John’s Service at York Crematorium on 11th August
