In memory of Barbara Allison, our cousin, from Elizabeth and Family. Barbara was a woman of great kindness and generosity who was always willing to help others while being less willing to receive help herself. We all enjoyed our visits to Bradford from the US: whether visiting alone or with other members of our family, we always felt welcomed by Barbara and her family. Elizabeth, Barbara’s first cousin, remembers especially the long phone conversations they used to have, usually quite late in the evening for Barbara in Bradford and mid-afternoon for Elizabeth in Chicago. We all loved Barbara and will miss her greatly. We send Barbara’s family members our deepest sympathy in their loss.
