Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta

The Largest hot air balloon festival in the north of England is back for 2022 and is bigger and better than ever. With Scouting For Girls and Craig Charles appearing on the main stage on Friday night!

Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta returns from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th September 2022 and this year there are some fantastic music acts taking to the main stage. See the fantastic schedules for each day below:

Yorkshire Air Ambulance will be at the event with a stall and one of our Promotional Vehicles.  If you are attending the festival be sure to come and say hello. One of our air ambulance helicopters is also scheduled to visit the show on Sunday 25th September*.

Advanced tickets for the event are priced at £8 for a standard day ticket and just £18 for the full weekend. Under 5’s go free!

£1 from the sale of each ticket will be donated to charity. The donations will be split between Yorkshire Air Ambulance, St Leonards Hospice, and York Rescue Boat.

VIP tickets are also available, giving you access to the VIP bar, 2-hour hot buffet, undercover seating area, and private restrooms.

*Our helicopter will remain fully operational during the visit and as such may have to leave the event at short notice should the crew be called to an emergency. This also means that the visit cannot be guaranteed if the aircraft is called to an emergency at the time of the scheduled visit. Aircraft visits are also weather dependent.
