Total Warrior 2023

Bigger, Better, and Muddier. The Great Northern Mud Run returns – Take part in Total Warrior 2023!

The Total Warrior 12K course gives you the full Warrior experience and it comes packed with the world’s best obstacles. Expect classics like the ‘Human BBQ’, ’The Plunge’ and ‘The Shocker’ as well as new obstacles like the awesome ‘Waterfall’ which made its debut in 2018. Age 16+ on the day of the event.

Total Warrior Half is a 6K course that includes 15 obstacles and is a non-timed event for those aged 14+.

Junior Warrior is a 3K course for those aged 6+ and includes 12 obstacles such as ‘Muddy Mayhem’, ‘Canopy Climb’ and ‘Slideaway’.

Total Warrior 2023 takes place on Friday 30th June, Saturday 1st, and Sunday 2nd July. You can enter on any day, however, we will have YAA representatives present at the event on Saturday 1st July 2023, our official YAA Total Warrior Day.

The event has waves from 9:30am – 5:00pm.

Entry is priced at Total Warrior 12K – £60, Total Warrior Half 6K – £50 and Junior Warrior 3K – £25 (adults wishing to take part in Junior Warrior see details below) and includes:

Finishers T-Shirt

A Victory Beer (for those aged 18+ taking part in the Total Warrior 12K and Total Warrior Half 6K)

Total Warrior Headband

Once you have purchased your ticket you will be contacted by one of our team. They will ask you which date you would like to participate and if you are taking part individually or as part of a team. They will also ask you which t-shirt size you would like.
