Fairfax V Emmerdale Charity Cricket Match

On Sunday 4th September 2022, Drax Cricket Club in Selby will play host to the FPH Fairfax – v – Cast of Emmerdale charity cricket match.

With entertainment, and food & drink, it is set to be a day of fun for all the family.

There will also be a raffle and auction.

Entry is £2.50 for adults and free for children.

All money raised will be donated to Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Our fundraising team will be there with a YAA stall and one of our fantastic promotional vehicles.

Equipped with interactive technology, our vehicles feature a replica cockpit, with screens showing aerial footage of the views the crews experience whilst flying in the air ambulance helicopters. Our team will be on board to welcome you and chat with you about the work of YAA, answering any questions you may have. To find out more about our promotional vehicles click HERE.

One of our Yorkshire Air Ambulance helicopters is also due to visit the event*, a chance for you to see the helicopter up close and chat with the crew.

*Our helicopter will remain fully operational during the visit and as such may have to leave the event at short notice should the crew be called to an emergency. This also means that the visit cannot be guaranteed if the aircraft is called to an emergency at the time of the scheduled visit. Aircraft visits are also weather dependent. Please observe all instructions from YAA staff and volunteers on the ground during the visit.
