YAA is delighted to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tracey Fawcett and Lucy Huck for their incredible support, which resulted in a fantastic £750 being raised for our charity.
Tracey Fawcett baked a beautifully crafted YAA-themed 10” x 10” Christmas cake, which was then expertly iced by Lucy Huck. The cake was generously donated to be auctioned at the Pateley Bridge Auction Mart Fatstock Christmas Show on the 23rd November.
The cake proved extremely popular on the day, raising an impressive £750 through the auction, with the very generous winning bidder being Andrew Warren. YAA was chosen as the beneficiary as Tracey often sees YAA aircraft flying over her farm and recognises the vital role the charity plays in supporting the farming community, particularly across rural areas of Yorkshire.
