Though she thankfully never needed their services, Mum always championed the work done by the Yorkshire air ambulance service. She really appreciated the vital role they play in emergency situations and the difference they can make to someone’s chances of survival. It was therefore only fitting that the money kindly donated by friends and family at her funeral service be directed to this very worthwhile charity. May you rest in peace Mum, safe in the knowledge that your support will make a difference to the lives of other. You really were one in a million and will stay in our hearts forever.
