Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) would like to photograph/video you so that we can use your photo/video in our promotional materials. The purpose of these promotional materials is to publicise, promote and provide information about YAA to our wider variety of stakeholders, which include staff members, the general public, charity partners, funders and anyone else willing to support our fundraising efforts. Photos and video content are crucial to the successful marketing of YAA and the support of generating the vital funds we need to continue our operations. We really do appreciate your support with this. Thank you.
Your photo/video may also be used online, on the YAA website and in printed promotional items such as leaflets, brochures, posters, letters and magazines. Images and video are also used on our social media channels – one of our primary communication channels. They may also be shared with other organisations/supporter groups/fundraisers/ funders who we work with in the promotion of YAA and raising funds.
Any personal information we request from you is used exclusively to help us manage our image library. Occasionally we have to pass on your name to media outlets for photo credits, but this is purely in relation to your association/relationship with YAA.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, however, please accept that we can only withdraw your images from that point onwards. Any images/video that were in use prior to this point, particularly in relation to print or anything shared with a 3rd party may still be in circulation. There are limitations on how much control we have once a photo or video has been published online.
