We worked closely with Kay for a regrettably brief period, but we were struck by her diligence, knowledge and gravitas as a learning and development practitioner. As a client, she was a genuine pleasure to work with. Kay was a true Change Maker. Our thoughts are with her colleagues at NCC and of course, her family and friends.
