Our helicopters, G-SASH and G-CEMS, are both MD 902 Explorers. They carry state of the art medical equipment, all of which you would find on a land ambulance and they are maintained to meet the highest standards. Helicopters complex pieces of machinery and therefore are very expensive to maintain.
